Successful in residential real estate for over 20 years, Lizz’s representation is an invaluable asset to her clients on both seller and buyer sides of the table. As an advisor, she works to protect her client's best interests and negotiates seamlessly on their behalf.

Lizz moved from Southern California to Austin in 1990 and has been apart of its transformation from a sleepy college town to the bustling metropolis it is today. Specializing in the Central Austin and West Lake Hills luxury real estate market, Lizz is consistently recognized by her clients as being a very good listener; an essential quality in her role. She is market educated and well-prepared with a background in advertising, where she worked on national campaigns for American Airlines, NASA, and Vanity Fair Magazine. Lizz offers her marketing and negotiation expertise to her clients so that their properties yield the highest rate of return possible.

Acquisition and sales of luxury properties through public and private networking is one of the many services that Lizz offers her clients. In addition, she assists her clients in their procurement of off-market land opportunities and consults on real estate investing. Her international network of contacts enables her to quickly match buyers and sellers, many times selling multi-million dollar private listings with few showings. Lizz has a knack for coming up with creative solutions in order to execute any deal. Her attention to detail and innate ability to successfully navigate complex transactions make her a strong asset.

Lizz is a founding member of the National Charity League. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, and Austin Board of Realtors®. She loves to be outdoors and spend time with her family, dogs, and horses. When she has time to get away, she loves to ski or relax by the ocean with friends and family and dance parties.
