Welcome to Lake Travis
Peaceful, outdoor-oriented, lakeside neighborhood.
One of the largest communities in Texas, Lakeway lies on the southern side of Lake Travis. Home to premium golf courses and expansive lakefront property, this neighborhood was developed in the 1970s. Perhaps its most unique feature is the privately-owned airport Lakeway Airpark, which is open for residents and guests.
With some of Austin’s best views, Lakeway may have the amenities of a city, but its peaceful, waterfront lifestyle provides an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility. 20 miles from Austin, the outdoor activities here attract many people to the community.

Members have year-round access to over 70 boats, insurance and maintenance, water toys, and premium dockside service.
Half-resort and half-waterpark, Beachside Billy’s sits on four acres of Lake Travis shoreline, giving guests easy access to the beach.
